Develop your puppy's brain and social skills with a special class for puppies under 18 weeks of age and their families. THIS is the time to introduce your puppy to everything he or she will meet in his/her lifetime. And it is also the time when they are most easy to train with basic behaviours such as sit, down and come. Give your puppy a head start on life!
Basic Obedience: Mondays starting September 13 for 7 weeks 7 pm to 8 pm Cost $150
Develop a dog you can live with! Basic obedience commands (sit, down, stand, come, attention, etc.) are taught. Leash walking and recalls (coming when called) are focused on. Fun agility games help with handling and coordination. Proof of vaccination or titres required.
Intermediate Obedience (Manners and Sport Prep): Mondays starting September 13 for 7 weeks 8 pm to 9 pm Cost $150
Continuing with obedience with emphasis on recalls, leash walking and stays. Shaping exercises to develop timing and observation skills. Plus, exercises for Canine Good Neighbor test, Agility and Rally-Obedience. Proof of vaccinations or titres required for new dogs.
Intro to Rally-Obedience: Thursdays starting September 16 for 7 weeks 8 pm to 9 pm Cost $150
Learn the basics of this fun new sport which emphasizes cooperation between dog and handler. Heeling and Novice level exercises are covered.
Advanced Rally-Obedience: on hiatus
Get your Rally champion ready to trial. For Novice and Advanced level dogs. Practice courses occasionally. Drop-ins welcome.

Developing course handling skills and increasing reliability.
Basic Agility: Thursdays starting August 12 (6 sessions) 7 pm to 8 pm Cost $150
Introduction to obstacles and handling skills. Dogs should have a recall and be able to work around other dogs.

Get a reliable controlled retrieve for obedience, hunting or other sports using modern shaping techniques. Includes stay-work and "outs".
All classes are taught with positive techniques making learning fun for dog and owner and developing a greater understanding of dog behaviour. Private sessions in your home for problem solving or additional lessons available upon request.
Most classes are held in Holland Landing except swimming/dock jumping practices some seminars
